We aim to dispatch your order 5-10 working days after confirmation of the sales order and the artwork being approved.  If you require a rush order please contact us via our email address or phone number from the contact us page.

We accept all major credit and debit cards through our payment processor Stripe. 

We offer free delivery on all orders over £100 and a flat rate of £5.99 on all orders under this. We use a range of different carriers for our shipments these include DHL, DPD, Fedex and Parcel Force.

All orders must be paid in advance before your order goes into production. Your lead time begins after full payment has been made. 

You can place your full order via the website which will then take you to our payments page where you can use all major debit and credit cards . Attentively you can sent payments via internet banking our account details will be on your invoice.
We can only cancel you order if we have not started production. Please contact us ASAP if you are looking to cancel an order.
If you are not satisfied or there is a fault with your items the please contact us via email. We will ask you to return the goods for inspection. If found that the goods are faulty you will either be refunded or a credit note issued. If there is more than 10 faulty items we will offer a full reprint of your order. If a fault is found and you have returned the order by your own means we will refund your return delivery costs also.
